Proposed booking policy

These draft terms need owner approval and agreement with Kentish Calm’s shared booking policies before use. They are not the current terms for Kentish Calm bookings.

Deposit and balance

A 20% deposit would be credited towards your treatment, with the balance due at your appointment. No travel fee applies.

Changes and cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. With sufficient notice, your deposit would be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

For less than 48 hours’ notice or a missed appointment, a fair charge may be deducted from the deposit to cover actual losses, taking account of whether the slot is filled. Any remainder would be refunded; deposits are not automatically non-refundable.

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrival may shorten your treatment; if there is not enough time to treat you safely, we may need to rearrange.

Consultation and suitability

Tell us about allergies, medications, pregnancy, skin conditions and recent treatments before your visit. Treatment is subject to consultation, and a patch test may be required.

If we cancel

If we cancel your appointment, you would be offered a full deposit refund or the option to rearrange.

Your rights

These proposed terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights. Any applicable legal cancellation rights take priority.
